Can I join more than one group?

There's no limit. A lot of members ride with Motorbike Trips, work from the Digital Nomads chat, and still make it to Night Market Foodies on a Friday. Two to four groups is the norm once people settle in.

What's the group size? Won't it be spammy?

Every group is capped well under 250 members, and we watch them closely. Anyone dropping ads, crypto links, or unrelated promos loses their spot immediately. This stays a members-only conversation, not a marketing channel.

I'm only in Chiang Mai for 5 days. Worth joining?

Even five days is plenty of time to get value here. Tourists - 10 Days runs a weekly welcome dinner, coordinates airport pickups, and the group will have you eating at the right night-market stalls by your second evening.

I don't have WhatsApp. Another option?

Chiang Mai runs almost entirely on WhatsApp - Grab drivers, guesthouse owners, trek guides, clinics, all of it. You'll likely need the app for daily life here anyway. No exceptions possible? Use the contact form and we'll find another route to get you connected.

Are these groups safe? Vetted?

New members send a quick intro before joining - first name, a photo, home country, and the group they want. We pull anyone flagged for scams or harassment immediately. Think community, not classifieds - nobody's running a business through these chats.
